Pavilion & Mini Pavilion
The pavilion area will be designed as a premium indoor visitor experience. It will include 10 standard pavilions and 10 mini pavilions with a structured pathway, sponsor branding, interactive demonstration and audience engagement points.
Standard Pavilion
10 pavilions · Standard size: 30 ft × 20 ft. Suitable for flagship sponsors, large technology demonstrations, brand engagement and visitor activities.
Mini Pavilion
10 mini pavilions · Standard size: 15 ft × 15 ft. Suitable for compact product showcase, association presence, thematic booths and targeted visitor engagement.
Pavilion Sponsor Responsibilities

- Visitor small game or engagement activity
- Sponsor mascot or brand ambassador
- Interactive display screen
- Product or service demo area
- Sitting area for visitors and clients
- Brochure stand and QR registration point
- Clear visitor flow and booth management
Organizer Provided Branding Pathway
The event pathway will include hanging steel frame branding support where pavilion sponsors can show their logo, campaign message, product highlight or visitor engagement message. Final placement will be coordinated with the Pavilion & Expo Committee.
